The coconut cream stays soft at -20 °C and brings a tropical flavour to the display case; it is layered with chocolate, fior di latte or pineapple.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, variegates, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
