Cremino Orange Rubicone is a cremino gelato variegate: cremino cream for artisan gelato with an orange taste.
The orange cream stays soft even at -20 °C, so it can be layered with gelato and portioned without cracking; its citrus taste pairs well with dark chocolate and custard.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, variegates, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
