DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cremino Pistachio Rubicone is a cremino gelato variegate: cremino cream for artisan gelato with a pistachio taste.
The pistachio cream stays soft at -20 °C, so the cremino portions without cracking; it is layered with fior di latte or pistachio for a much-requested flavour.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, variegates, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: scoopable at -20 °C, ready to use, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: pour into the tray and freeze, layer with gelato or use to ripple.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation.
