Loveria Milk Chocolate Leagel is a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, a spreadable sweet, creamy milk chocolate cream.
It does not harden at display temperature, so the cremino stays easy to serve down to the last portion: sweet, creamy milk chocolate appeals to children and pairs with fior di latte and hazelnut.
Ideal for: fior di latte, hazelnut and banana cremino.
Features: velvety at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
