This Loveria Classic Leagel, a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, is designed for bars, coffee shops and pastry shops: a cocoa and hazelnut, gianduja, cream for topping crêpes, waffles and pancakes and for hot and cold drinks.

It is used with the Loveria dispenser to portion the cream.

Ideal for: hazelnut crêpes, cappuccino and brioche.

Features: dispensed with the Loveria pump, gluten-free.

Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation.
