Fortefrutto Mango Alfonso N Pregel is a concentrated paste for artisan gelato made with Alphonso mango from India.
It contains only the ripe pulp of the best Alphonso fruit: the perfect solution for a top-quality mango gelato with a faithful taste and full colour, in every season.
Ideal for: mango gelato and sorbet, tropical sundaes and fillings.
Features: Alphonso mango pulp, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.
Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
