Alphonso Mango Gelato Paste Leagel contains Alphonso mango, considered the finest variety: the sweetest, juiciest and most fragrant, for intensely fruity mango gelato.
The sorbet has a full orange colour.
Ideal for: premium mango sorbet, exotic sundaes and lassi gelato.
Features: Alphonso mango, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
