Orange Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the bright citrus taste of orange, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Orange gives a sunny, fragrant sorbet, great on its own or next to dark chocolate: a citrus flavour that freshens the display case and also suits slush machines.
Ideal for: orange sorbet and dark chocolate pairings.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
