DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Orange Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with a fresh, citrusy orange taste, with a citrusy, fresh and fragrant profile.
Orange gives a citrusy, fragrant sorbet; it pairs with dark chocolate, cinnamon and ginger. Ideal for creamy gelato and desserts with a pleasant lingering finish.
Ideal for: fruit gelato and sorbets in the display, sundaes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
