Base suitable for the preparation of fruit sorbets and gelatos. Excellent for enhancing the natural freshness of fruit and for obtaining a gelato with a compact structure and a non-glossy surface.

Dry texture and a warm mouthfeel, enriched with fibre and fructose.

DOSAGE: 60 g of product + 1 L of water + fruit.
