Fruit 50 Crem Martini Gelato is a powder dosage base with refined vegetable fats for fruit sorbets with exceptional creaminess.

With water, sugar and fruit paste it gives a softer, more scoopable fruit flavour, stable in the display case even in the hottest hours.

Ideal for: creamy sorbets and fruit flavours.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.

Directions: blend base and sugar, add to the water with fruit or paste, blend and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g of base + 300 g of sugar + 1 L of water + 100 g of fruit paste.

Processing: cold.
