Blueberry shortbread with cremino gives soft yet crunchy purple pieces, ideal in cheesecake gelato and on yogurt. Gluten-free butter biscuits in blueberry cream give extra crunch.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.
