Creamy Crumble Coffee Rubicone is a crumble for artisan gelato and pastry, a coffee biscuit crumble; the creamy version is blended with Rubicone cremini.
The coffee biscuit blended with cremino brings a toasted note to sundaes and tiramisu gelato, and is great as a coffee semifreddo base.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.

Directions: sprinkle over gelato, add between tray layers or use as a cake base.
