Creamy Crumble Yogurt Rubicone is a crumble for artisan gelato and pastry, a yogurt biscuit crumble; the creamy version is blended with Rubicone cremini.
The yogurt biscuit, blended with cremini, gives fresh, crunchy inclusions: perfect in frozen yogurt and on sundaes with berries. Gluten-free butter biscuits wrapped in yogurt cream add extra crunch.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.
