Creamy Crumble Lemon Rubicone is a crumble for artisan gelato and pastry, a lemon biscuit crumble; the creamy version is blended with Rubicone cremini.
Lemon shortbread bound with cremino gives fresh, soft inclusions: perfect on custard, yogurt and berries, and as a base for citrus cakes.
Ideal for: crunchy inclusions in gelato trays, sundaes, gelato cake bases and single portions.
