Passion fruit gives an aromatic, tart sorbet with a deep yellow colour, to finish with passion fruit variegate.

Ideal for: passion fruit sorbet, exotic flavours and granita.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.

Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 L of water for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L for soft serve, 3.8 L for granita.
