Loveria Caramel Leagel is a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, a spreadable soft, indulgent caramel cream.
It stays soft in the display case and cuts easily between gelato layers: caramel pairs with fior di latte, vanilla and hazelnut. It can also be enjoyed as it is.
Ideal for: salted caramel, banana and toffee cremino.
Features: velvety at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
