Cinnamon Roll Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a spiced cinnamon roll taste, with a sweet, buttery profile spiced with cinnamon.

Cinnamon and buttery notes recreate the American cinnamon roll; vegan, it pairs with coffee, caramel and fior di latte.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 40 g per kg of mix.
