Biscuit Prestige Gelato Paste Martini is a shortbread-flavoured paste with vanilla notes for artisan gelato, from the Selezione Prestige range.

Made with milk and egg yolk, it gives a gelato that smells of freshly baked biscuits, a perfect base for fruit variegates, Brunelle and cookies-style flavours. Halal and Kosher.

Ideal for: biscuit gelato, cookies-style flavours and cremino.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
