The taste is buttery and golden; ripple it with chocolate or hazelnut creams and finish with crumbled biscuits. Like every Leagel cream paste, the dose varies with the texture and intensity of flavour you want.

Ideal for: biscuit gelato, cookies and kids' sundaes.

Recommended pairings: chocolate and hazelnut variegates, butter crumble.
