Mint Gelato Paste Toschi is a green paste for classic mint gelato, fresh and cooling, also perfect with chocolate chips.

Its bright green makes mint recognisable from afar in the display case: the cool note refreshes the palate and is finished with chocolate flakes, the classic mint choc chip, or dark chocolate variegates.

Ideal for: mint chocolate chip gelato, mint semifreddi and coatings.

Features: green colour, fresh and cool mint flavour.

Directions: dissolve the paste in the base mix of water or milk, rest for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
