Mint Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a fresh mint taste, with a fresh, balsamic and intensely aromatic profile.

Green mint gives a fresh, balsamic gelato, perfect with dark chocolate chips; vegan, it works on a milk or water base.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 40 g per kg of mix.
