White Mint Gelato Paste - Gold Line Leagel, a gelato paste for artisan gelato, captures the freshness of Pancalieri peppermint from Piedmont through its essential oils, for a white gelato with an authentic taste.
The gelato is colouring-free, with a fresh, clean taste; it pairs with dark chocolate chips.
Ideal for: white mint gelato, mint chocolate chip.
Features: Piedmont peppermint essential oils, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
