DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Green Mint Gelato Paste Leagel is a sugary green mint-flavoured paste, suitable for artisan gelato, sorbets and granitas.
Bright green and fresh mint flavour make the gelato recognisable in the display case: with chocolate flakes it becomes classic mint choc chip, and it also suits granitas. It is added to the base before batch-freezing and processed cold, with the dose adjusted to taste.
Ideal for: mint chocolate chip gelato, mint granita.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
