The bright blue colour instantly attracts children and brightens the display case: pair it with colourful variegates, marshmallows and sprinkles; it also works well on sticks.

Ideal for: blue gelato for children, colourful sticks and themed semifreddi.

Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g of paste per 1 kg of white base mix.
