DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Mare Azzurro Gelato Paste Leagel is a blue paste for artisan gelato flavoured with vanilla and aniseed.
The blue colour and vanilla-anise flavour recall the summer sea: an eye-catching flavour for tourist display cases and children, finished with sprinkles or colourful variegates. It is processed cold, added to the white base before batch-freezing, with the dose adjusted to the intensity you want.
Ideal for: blue gelato for kids and summer displays.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
