Marron Glaces Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a refined marron glacé taste, with a sweet, creamy profile rich in candied chestnut.

Marron glacé gives a sweet gelato rich in chestnut, perfect for autumn and the holidays; finish it with candied chestnut pieces.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
