Pralina Gelato Paste Leagel has a gianduja taste enriched with crunchy praline hazelnut pieces, for an indulgent gelato with pleasing contrasts.

The praline hazelnut crumble stays crunchy in the gelato and contrasts with the gianduia cream: an indulgent flavour to finish with chocolate variegates or use for dipped cones.

Ideal for: praline gelato, coated cones and semifreddi.

Features: praline hazelnut pieces, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
