DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Cuoricino Gelato Paste Leagel contains 70% hazelnut and 20% cocoa and is rich in hazelnut pieces: the paste for bacio flavour.

It recreates the bacio chocolate; finish it with gianduia variegate and whole hazelnuts. It also works in hot processes.

Ideal for: bacio gelato, cremini and indulgent sundaes.

Features: 70% hazelnut, 20% cocoa, hazelnut pieces, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
