Cotton Candy Gelato Paste Leagel has the taste of fairground candyfloss and is coloured with spirulina.

The colour is a natural light blue: a children's flavour that stands out immediately in the display case. Finish it with Decorazione Zucchero Filato for an even more colourful tray.

Ideal for: candyfloss gelato for kids and parties.

Features: coloured with spirulina, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 70 g per kg of mix.
