Caramel Gold Gelato Paste Leagel is the range's reference caramel paste for artisan gelato, for a full, rich caramel gelato.
Like all Leagel cream pastes, it is made with high-quality raw materials. Cream pastes go into the white base before batch-freezing, at a dose that varies with the texture and intensity you want.
Ideal for: caramel gelato, salted caramel and toffee sundaes.
Recommended pairings: salted caramel, toffee, hazelnut and apple.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
