Crema Catalana Gelato Paste Leagel brings the Spanish dessert to gelato: egg custard and burnt sugar. Finish with caramel topping and Crema Catalana crumble.

At 80 g per kg on the white base it gives a custard-yellow gelato with a caramelised taste, for a tray reminiscent of the spoon dessert.

Ideal for: crema catalana flavour with dedicated topping and crumble.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
