DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Vegan Mousse Leagel makes soft, creamy mousse and warm gelato, warm on the palate and ideal in winter. Flavour it with VeganOk pastes and variegates for a 100% vegan product.

Whip it with iced water.

Ideal for: vegan mousses, warm winter gelato and dessert glasses.

Features: coconut vegetable fat, vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: whip in a planetary mixer with ice-cold water and add the chosen paste.

Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of ice-cold water.

Processing: cold.
