Hazelnut Bonita Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a hazelnut cream taste, with a creamy, sweet and intensely hazelnut-like profile.

The sweet, creamy hazelnut cream gives an indulgent hazelnut flavour, closer to a spread than to a pure paste. It is ideal for creamy artisan gelato and desserts with a pleasant lingering finish.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
