Hazelnut Principe Gelato Paste Leagel is a pure paste for artisan gelato from a blend of Italian hazelnuts with a medium roast: more intense than Nocciola Italia, for a full-flavoured gelato.

It is not bitter: at 100 g per kg the gelato has a full taste and a strong hazelnut colour.

Ideal for: hazelnut gelato, hazelnut and chocolate.

Features: 100% Italian hazelnuts, medium roast, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g per kg of mix.
