DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Hazelnut 5 Stelle Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with the taste of Piedmont hazelnut and a full, roasted profile.
Pure paste of Piedmont Tonda Trilobata hazelnuts, medium roasted: it gives the authentic taste of Italian hazelnut, vegan even on a water base.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
