It is used at just 30 g per kg and is perfect for tiramisù gelato, with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and cocoa.

Ideal for: mascarpone gelato and tiramisù gelato.

Suggested flavours: mascarpone, tiramisù and trifle gelato.

Directions: add to the white mix and churn.
