Loveria Coffee Leagel is a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, a spreadable coffee cream for cremini and variegates.
Velvety below zero, it is used for cremini, ripples and fillings for cones and semifreddi: coffee pairs with fior di latte, custard and chocolate for an after-dinner cremino.
Ideal for: coffee cremino, affogatos and iced lattes.
Features: velvety at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
