Liquid Neutral Granita Base in Pet Toschi is a neutral-tasting cane sugar syrup, designed as a base for granitas. Mix it with Toschi syrups to get the flavour you want.

Starting from a single neutral base you can make many different flavours by adding Toschi syrups: stock is reduced and the granita's sweetness stays consistent.

Ideal for: granitas of every flavour, slush and iced drinks.

Directions: mix the base with the water and the chosen flavour syrup and pour into the granita machine.

Dosage: 1 part base to 9 parts water, 1:9.
