Cremino Tiramisu Rubicone is a cremino gelato variegate: cremino cream for artisan gelato with a tiramisù taste.
The tiramisù-flavoured cream does not harden in the display case and portions easily even at -20 °C: layer it with mascarpone or coffee gelato.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, variegates, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
