DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cremino Choco Milk Rubicone is a cremino gelato variegate: cremino cream for artisan gelato with a milk chocolate taste.
Scoopable even at -20 °C, it is poured into the tray and frozen as is or layered with gelato.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, variegates, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: scoopable at -20 °C, ready to use, gluten-free.
Directions: pour into the tray and freeze, layer with gelato or use to ripple.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation.
