DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Loveria Hazelnut Leagel is a cremino gelato variegate for artisan gelato, a spreadable soft, intense hazelnut cream.
It does not harden at display temperature, so the cremino stays easy to serve down to the last portion: hazelnut pairs with chocolate, coffee and fior di latte, and the cream can also be batch-frozen as gelato.
Ideal for: hazelnut, bacio and fior di latte cremino.
Features: velvety at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation; as gelato: 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 L of warm milk.
