DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Coconut S/A Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a full, tropical coconut taste, with a creamy, sweet and exotic profile.
Coconut gives a creamy, white, exotic gelato; vegan, it works on a milk or water base and is finished with grated coconut.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
