Easy Coconut Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of exotic, creamy coconut, with coconut fat.
Coconut fat gives a creamy, fragrant sorbet reminiscent of coconut gelato; it is made with water only in minutes.
Ideal for: coconut gelato, tropical sundaes and chocolate pairings.
Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, coconut vegetable fat, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: cold.
