Coconut No Seeds Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a full, tropical coconut taste, with a creamy, sweet and exotic profile.
Without pieces, coconut gives a smooth, creamy, exotic gelato; at 55 g per kg the taste is full.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: seedless, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 55 g per kg of mix.
