Cherry Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the sweet, fruity taste of cherry, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.

Cherry gives a red, sweet, fruity sorbet; the way the paste is made preserves the freshness and flavour of the fruit. It pairs with chocolate and almond.

Ideal for: cherry gelato, amarena and chocolate sundaes.

Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
