Apricot Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the sweet, velvety taste of apricot, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.

Apricot gives a sweet, velvety sorbet with a warm orange colour; add it to the fruit base and pair it with almond and vanilla.

Ideal for: apricot gelato and sorbet, sundaes with amaretti.

Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
