Peach gives a sweet, juicy, warm-coloured sorbet; it pairs with amaretto, vanilla and red berries. A process that preserves the fruit's freshness ensures consistent quality.

Ideal for: peach sorbet, Bellini gelato and summer sundaes.

Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
