FruttUP Strawberry Grape Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan strawberry grape gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Strawberry grape, with its unmistakable aroma, gives an original autumn sorbet, also suitable for vegans as it is free from milk and dairy.
Ideal for: strawberry grape sorbet and autumn flavours.
Recommended pairings: fior di latte, white chocolate and grapes.
Features: vegan.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 L of water.
Processing: cold.
