DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
FruttUP Melon Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan melon gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Melon gives a sweet, fragrant sorbet, much loved in summer, perfect alone or in cups with watermelon and red berries.
Ideal for: melon sorbet, summer cups and granita.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 L of water for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L for soft serve, 3.8 L for granita.
Processing: cold.
